This year's spring labor offensive is in full swing, and a private survey has found that over 85% of companies plan to raise wages in the new fiscal year. However, less than 10% of small and medium-sized enterprises plan to implement a wage increase of "6% or more," as set out by the labor union federation, and spreading this to small and medium-sized enterprises is an issue.
