Three months have passed since FTX Trading, a crypto asset exchange company that operates globally, filed for bankruptcy and applied to the US court for Chapter Eleven = Article 11 of the Federal Bankruptcy Code. As the company's sloppy management system becomes clear, there is a big debate in each country about how to protect customers' crypto assets.
